I found it easy to use, and the price felt fair for what I was getting. It wasn’t perfect, but it did what I needed it to do, and I felt like I could rely on it overall. For the cost, I’d say it was definitely worth it

I just got my CPR recertification done, and the whole process is still fresh in my mind. They sent me a reminder before my card expired, which I really appreciated because I probably would’ve forgotten. Recertifying was straightforward and didn’t take much hassle. The only reason I’m giving it one star off is because I got a few more emails than I really needed, but overall my most recent experience was a good one.

I did this course after work, so I really appreciated that it wasn’t complicated to figure out. Like, I opened it up and pretty much knew where to start and what to click next, which is always a relief. The videos were straightforward, and the questions weren’t trying to trick you or anything. A few sections did feel kind of repetitive, to be honest, but not enough to make it annoying. Anyway, it was quick, easy to follow, and I got my certificate without any real hassle. Solid 4 stars from me

It felt more like clicking through information just to get to the end than actually learning and practicing a life-saving skill. If you only need a card, it might work for that, but if you actually want to feel confident helping someone, I’d look for something more hands-on.

Last week, I noticed my card was showing the wrong info, so I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix. After a couple of days with no response, they finally got back to me, but it was just a short message that didn’t really answer my question. I replied the same day with more details, and then I never heard anything back. I understand companies get busy, but waiting around for days and still not getting help was really frustrating. If you need something handled quickly, I wouldn’t count on them. I won’t be using them again

Canceling ended up being confusing, and I had to spend more time figuring it out than I expected!! On top of that, my refund took longer to come through than I thought it would. Not the smoothest experience overall

I really liked that there was hands-on practice because it made everything feel more real and easier to understand. It wasn’t just theory, and that made the experience a lot more useful for me.
